Mindful Mindset

I have a confession: I didn't know too much about personal development and working on your mindset. It was all about work hard, study, and you will be happy and get to where you are trying to go. It wasn't until I became an entrepreneur, people started talking about "it's all a mindset". Yes, hard work is need, but it's the way you think that will keep you going.

I am now a strong believer that success and happiness are all about mindset. Your mindset affects everything in your life from what you think and feel to how you act and react to the world around you. In order to achieve your goals, your mindset needs to match your dreams - otherwise, it will hold you back from getting to where you want to be.

We need to be constantly growing, constantly learning, evolving into a better version of us. One of the thing I started doing is creating and focusing on my routine, especially in the morning. When the world is quiet, everyone is still sleep, I work on me and my mindset. I feel by developing this time, it prepares me for the day.
